Anger Management!

There are two kinds of people in this world. One kind of people are humans. The rest are called Managers.
It is a very mysterious process by which a human being turns into a manager.
It galls me when you are measured based on your servility and not your stuff!
The signs of a manager:

1. He'll stop working as soon he becomes one.
2. He won't bother to "learn" what goes on in work.
3. He will try to bully or already be one
4. He will spawn chamchas and nurture them

The one that gets my goat is even in a knowledge management industry, managers who evaluate people by the shine they get on their ass, are to be found! :-((

Such management makes me angry. Lousy world!
