Hmm, I am not sure about the first one, but the second one is unethical I guess. Plus you might have signed some agreement, where you state that all the work you produce using the company resources belongs to your company.
It's usually all written down someplace, in small print. What's okay, what isn't.
Nobody expects you to read it, though :)

Well.. After office hrs when i was sitting in office for improving my technical knowledge, my mgr created problem..
She said i am not supposed to use office resource for personal usage..
